The Pizza factory Story
Pizza factory was born from a simple belief: that great pizza should be handcrafted with love, served fresh, and enjoyed by everyone. What started as a small dream in El Paso, Texas has grown into a beloved community institution.
Our founders — longtime friends with a shared obsession for authentic, ingredient-driven pizza — opened the first pizzafactory location in 2014. Armed with family recipes, a wood-fired oven, and an unwavering commitment to quality, they set out to redefine what pizza could be in the Borderland.

The First Oven Is Lit
Pizza factory opens its doors on N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso. The menu features 8 classic pies, house-made dough, and a whole lot of ambition.
2016
Best New Restaurant Award
El Paso Magazine names Pizza factory "Best New Restaurant," and our weekend wait times become the stuff of local legend.
2018
Menu Expansion
We introduce specialty craft pizzas, a gluten-free crust option, and our now-famous garlic bread range — growing our menu to over 30 items.
2020
Online Ordering Launch
Adapting to a changing world, we launch online ordering and delivery through pizzafactory.top — bringing our pizza directly to your door.
2022
Catering & Events Division
Pizza factory launches its dedicated catering service, bringing handcrafted pizza experiences to weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
